Camille B. Goldstein 

The co-founder of The Goldfisch Group, a full service event company with a strong focus on producing non-profit events. Camille is an accomplished event producer who has built a strong following in Event Production With over twenty years experience, Camille has worked in in all aspects of the industry. She is a creative self-starter known for her high energy level, and positive attitude, which helps Camille meet every client’s individual needs. Her proven record includes expertise in business development, high profile event planning and directing effective non-profit fundraising initiatives.

After completing University of Kentucky, Camille’s passion for events, people, and education led her to serve in the high-end private and non-profit sector.

She began in the industry as the founder and president of a popular Los Angeles nightspot, ‘The Gate’. This included overseeing an elegant fine dining facility and lounge that catered to a sophisticated celebrity clientele. From there, she founded an innovative company, ‘Dream Scene Sit Here’, that directed the full production of intimate to large-scale events through concept completion. In her role, she coordinated high profile events including corporate promotions (Christian Dior Skin Care), film premiers (Along Came Polly), television wraps (Will & Grace), and non-profits (Planet Hope).

Touched by her involvement with Planet Hope, Camille spearheaded several fundraising events with a focus on corporate giving, media outlets, celebrity relations and event bookings. She remains involved in the community working with Planet Hope, Lupus L.A., P.S. I Love You Foundation, Los Angeles Mission, Local Shelter Involvement, and Environment California.


Mimi Venit Fischer

Is the co-founder of The Goldfisch Group. Mimi has event producing in her blood, as her family has been in the catering and events business since 1960, when her grandfather Sam Rubinstein started in that direction with S&S Catering and Events.. Growing up in Cleveland Ohio, her mother had her own successful events business until relocating to Southern California, where she founded Very Special Occasions in Orange County, Ca., a high end event planning company. Mimi worked side by side with her mother, growing the business with her post college graduation. With a communications degree from the University of Colorado Boulder, she was able to provide her mother’s company with the marketing, sales and execution strategies that propelled them to the next level of development and the immersion into the corporate market. Mimi worked for Very Special Occasion as the Director of Sales until the company was sold in 2006. Mimi moved into venue representation when she was offered a lucrative position as Director of Catering for the Bel Air Bay Club in Pacific Palisades, Ca. She thrived at BABC, quickly sending their revenue higher than it had ever been by significant amounts. She produced 150 weddings per year, high-end celebrity galas, movie shoots and many non-profit fundraisers such as Make A Wish, Brentwood and Windward schools annual fundraisers. In 2010, she was recruited by the Manhattan Country Club as Director of Sales to run their event sales department. Although she adored BABC, the opportunity was too good to pass up and only one mile from her home in Manhattan Beach, Ca.   After 7 years of growing sales and revenue for the Manhattan Country Club, Mimi excitedly partnered with Camille Goldstein who she had worked with on numerous events for more than 15 years. Mimi has been married going on 26 years to WME partner Ivo Fischer. They have two grown children and two dogs. The Fischers currently reside in Manhattan Beach, Ca.
